Syazwani obtained her LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2014 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in August 2015. She is currently the anchor of the firm’s Conveyancing Department.

Syazwani has years of experience in numerous real property transactions and conveyancing matters, Conventional and Islamic loan matters for property financing and re-financing.

Assisted in drafting the sale and purchase agreement for the selling of RM 20 million worth of land owned by a government-listed company.
