We understand that issues concerning strata management may arise as early as when residents’ complaints are lodged or raised during the committee and general meetings. We regularly advise joint management bodies (JMBs) and Management Corporations (MCs) in disputes involving mixed-development, delineating common property and facilities, Management body meetings, house rules and mutual covenants. Successfully pursued an action at the High Court concerning a dispute between strata mixed development condominium in Bukit Jalil and its developer concerning allocation and ownership of car parks.

Successfully defended a Developer against claims by Purchasers for breach of contract and breach of trust in respect of bungalow resort development in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.

Successfully mediated a settlement at the appeal stage concerning a dispute between a residential development in Puchong and neighbouring development for road usage and access.
