Sze Ying began her legal career as a pupil of Kelvin and was eventually made a partner of the Construction Department.
Sze Ying has been involved in dispute resolution, since her calling to the Bar. She is mainly involved in construction disputes, ranging from arbitration, adjudication and court matters. Notably, she is co-counsel in an oil & gas arbitration dispute involving a RM 287 million claim.
Aside from construction disputes, Sze Ying also represents clients in other areas of dispute including intellectual property, shareholders and winding up.
