Kelvin has over 18 years of experience in dispute resolution, notably in construction law. 

 

He has represented clients at all levels of court including the High Court and Appellate Courts. Kelvin also has vast experience in arbitration and adjudication. 

 

The projects in which Kelvin has been involved includes buildings, infrastructures, utilities, O&G refineries and solar plants. 

 

Kelvin is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator and the Malaysia Institute of Arbitrators. He is a panel arbitrator under the Asian International Arbitration Centre as well as  a panel adjudicator under the Construction Industry Payment And Adjudication Act 2012. 

 

He is a contributor for Janab’s Practice and Legal Remedies (2nd Ed) on the chapters on Specific Reliefs Act and Agency.
